Fall Morning at the Grist Mill in Sudbury

The workshop will focus on skills development. We will start at the iconic grist mill  and move to other scenic areas within the historic location. We will use slow shutter speeds to get the misty flowing look to the water. If you have never used filters before this workshop this is a great time to learn.  Tom and Dan will provide instructions with a demonstration how to use filters.  A circular polarizing will make colors pop and reduce glare in the water. Neutral density filters will slow down your camera’s exposure speed and allow for silky water movement.

If you don’t own filters don’t worry Tom and Dan will provide time for you use their filters. Dan and Tom will also bring extra tripods.
